At Fitnatix Fitness we don't believe in 'faddy' diet methods. We design our plans so that they are custom to YOU and YOUR GOAL. We use a method that works out how many calories your body type requires per day based around information that we have obtained from you, including:
- gender, height, weight, age & activity level

- dietary requirements
- current eating habits
and we believe the most important:
- your lifestyle
Once we have all the information, we will start designing your plan.
Working with this information we can design a plan that works for you, taking the stress and guess work away and simply allowing you to work towards your goal. Once we have all the information, we will start designing your plan.
In the mean time you will have access to our app where you can familiarise yourself and start making use of its many features. Upload your start photos and body statistics which you can keep updating throughout in order to keep track of your on-going results. You will then be assigned your plan via the app where you can:
- view you plan
- track daily food intake, using the built in bar-code scanner
- check your current calorie intake & macros
The training plans that we design are based around YOU and YOUR GOAL. Whether you are new to training or have been training for years we will design the perfect plan for you. Now that you have decided to work with Fitnatix we will assign you with your own online coach and you will have access to our app. Your coach will now start to gather information from you in order to build the perfect plan;
- overall goal
- what kind of workout you need, home or gym workouts...we offer both
- access to equipment...if non, don't worry we can still design a plan for you
- history of training
- how many times you train per week, how long for
Once we have all the information, we will start designing your plan.
In the mean time you will have access to our app where you can familiarise yourself and start making use of its many features. Our plans are designed in blocks of 4 week workouts. This allows you and your coach to monitor weekly progress and then make changes going into your next plan.

The 'Full Online Package' is perfect for those that want it all. Not only do you get everything listed in both the 'Custom Nutritional Package' and the 'Custom Training Plan' but also:

Your plans will be designed in 4 week blocks, This allows you and your coach to monitor weekly progress and to see what works best for you and your body type. During your weekly check-in your online coach will check all the your body statistics and photos that you will upload. You will also be require you to give feed back on how you felt the week has gone. This will allow your coach to make the appropriate changes to either plan if necessary and then make changes
During your time with Fitnatix you will be able to contact your coach using the app who will be available to help and give advice.

Once you have decided which package you would like, simply place the item into your shopping basket and purchase. You will automatically be guided to a web portal for you to create your very own user area.
Once you have created your account, you will receive an automatic health screening questionnaire; this will help us understand your medical back ground. You will also be directed to complete a comprehensive questionnaire designed to help us understand your goals, circumstances and preferences. REMEMBER...the more we know about you, the better equipped we are at designing a plan that best suits your needs.
GET THE APP:
CONGRATULATIONS! you are now a member of the Fitnatix Fitness online family and are now able to download our bespoke app for FREE - access to this will be unlimited during your time with us. Using the app is simple: you will be able to view your online plans, upload progression photos, input measurements & statistics and even integrate with your Fitbit device. To assist you with your workouts there is an extensive library of videos that demonstrate all exercises. You will also be able to contact your online coach directly via the chat feature.
WE DO THE REST:
Within 48 hours one of our coaches will contact you and discuss your overall goal. Your online coach can then start designing your plan which you will receive within five working days. The plans will be uploaded to your personal account which you can view from any smart phone or device meaning you can have your coach with you 24/7.

Our job is to remove all the stress surrounding health and fitness and help you towards achieving your goals. You will have access to your online coach who can guide you through any problems or queries. They will be there for your online check-ins, aiding you to stay on track and tweaking your plan as and when required. Every four weeks we will discuss your progression to make sure the next phase is accurate ensuring you keep getting results.
